Dark Days Week #1

This is my “oh God I’m sick and don’t want to cook, but I have a Dark Days Challenge to do this week” meal. A tapas like meal of tofu salad from The Bridge, Two Guys from Woodbridge scallion microgreens , Abraham’s green olive & herb hummos, Jasper Hill Landaff cheese, a homemade dinner roll from Thanksgiving, swiss chard from Hilltop Acres sautéed with olive oil, S&P, and homemade pickles I made a few months ago. Nothing fancy, but still SOLE.
