Easter brunch at GustOrganics:

Mimosa and Bloody Mary

Empanadas – jamon y queso, caprese

Steak and eggs with potatoes, side salad and croissant

GustOrganics claims to be the world’s first certified restaurant using 100% USDA organic ingredients and also one of the greenest. Another plus is that they have outdoor sidewalk dining, which is fantastic on a sunny New York day. It’s so rare to get a totally organic meal….even in my own home it’s difficult. Their menu was quite extensive and we enjoyed everything we ate. We will definitely go back! Here are some food and drink pics:
